Moshe Birman
We want to share with you the inspiring story of Moshe Birman, who is currently serving in the Israel Defense Forces in Gaza. Moshe is a brave and dedicated soldier who fights couragely to protect our homeland and our people. He recently experienced something meaningful: he met with the grandon of Rabbi Zalman Abelsky, Shlomo Margaliot, in the mitzvah car tank (which is a mobile educational and outreach center) from Chabad while Chabad was providing spiritual support to the IDF. Moshe emphasized that this meeting was very important for him because it strengthened his faith and fighting spirit. He expressed deep gratitude for the support provided to him and the other soldiers by Chabad. We are proud of Moshe and all the soldiers who risk their lives to fight for the Jewish people.
